Our Journey Began with a Simple Question

In Barcelona, we discovered something remarkable: when people learn to cook with whole foods—fresh vegetables, grains, legumes, and herbs—they don't just eat differently. They begin to understand food itself. They develop confidence in the kitchen and a genuine curiosity about where their ingredients come from.
